Liqua Form® 14-7-4 LC w/40% Organic Root Food has been formulated
for deep root feeding of trees and shrubs. It supplies the basic
elements of Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium all in one ready-to-use
package. Forty percent of the Nitrogen in Liqua-Form is unique as
it is derived from Urea-Formaldehyde and provides slow release Nitrogen.
As this Slow Release Nitrogen is broken down by the microorganisms
in the soil, it becomes available. It lasts substantially longer
than Urea or Ammonium Nitrate in the soil and provides a steady
flow of Nitrogen to the trees and shrubs. Because it is a liquid,
Liqua-Form mixes easily with water which makes it a natural to use
with hydraulic equipment.
When using Liqua-Form
14-7-4 on established trees and shrubs, mix 10 gallons of 14-7-4
into 500 gallons of water and then apply five gallons of diluted
solution per caliper inch of tree below the ground surface. With
this rate you will be applying 1 pound of 14-7-4 per caliper inch
of tree.
