Urea Ammonium Nitrate

30-0-0 UAN (Urea Ammonium Nitrate) is a quick release nitrogen liquid that is a combination of nitrate, ammoniacal and urea nitrogen. This liquid provides rapid turf response, even at low temperatures. This liquid is well suited for early season applications when temperatures are low on cool season turf, and throughout the growing season on many varieties of warm season turf.

Directions for Use:

Greens, Tees and Fine Turf: Apply 2.0 - 3.0 oz. of 30-0-0 UAN with 1.5 - 2 gallons of water per 1,000 sq. ft. (0.7 - 1.0 gallons of 30-0-0 UAN with 66 - 88 gallons of water per Acre) every 7 to 14 days throughout the growing season. Application may be made to either wet or dry foliage. This application shall provide 0.05 - 0.075 lb. of actual Nitrogen per 1,000 sq. ft.

Fairway, Roughs, Sports Turf and Lawns: Apply 0.7 - 1.4 gallons of 30-0-0 UAN with 44 - 88 gallons of water per Acre (2.0 - 4.0 oz of 30-0-0 UAN with 1 - 2 gallons of water per 1,000 sq. ft.) every 21 to 28 days throughout the growing season. Application may be made to either wet or dry foliage. This application shall provide 0.05 - 0.10 lb. of actual Nitrogen per 1,000 sq. ft.

Caution: Dilute with plenty of water according to the desired nitrogen rate required for the area to be fertilized. This is a quick release nitrogen fertilizer. It may burn turf depending on moisture levels, temperature, foot traffic and rate of application. It is advised to apply .15 lb. or less of Nitrogen per 1,000 sq. ft. with plenty of water.
