Black-Stone 24 is a concentrated 20% Humic Acid solution derived from rich Leonardite Minerals containing Humic Acid, Fulvic Acid, Natural Carbon and beneficial Secondary Nutrients. This carbon-rich soil conditioner is known to aid in the improvement of water retention and in the increase of beneficial soil microorganisms.
Humic Acid is known to enhance the natural uptake of nutrients through chelation, causing unavailable soil-bound nutrients to become plant available. Humic Acid is also known to reduce Nitrate leaching on sandy soils.
Fulvic Acid, in comparison to the Humic Acid, is a small molecule that penetrates the plant tissue to regulate water, oxygen and nutrient movement within the plant.
Directions for Use:
Black-Stone 24 can be applied regularly to all crops throughout the growing season. To improve plant resistance to abiotic stress consider making applications prior to the onset of stress, including drought conditions.
Foliar Applications: Apply Black-Stone 24 at a rate of 16 oz to 1 gallon per acre with enough water to thoroughly cover the crop foliage.
Soil Applications: Apply Black-Stone 24 at a rate of 0.5 to 2.0 gallons per acre with enough water to thoroughly cover the soil surface.
Trickle/ Sidedress: Apply Black-Stone 24 at a rate of 32 oz to 1 gallon per acre or plastic/ tape per acre.
Black-Stone 24 can be tank mixed with most liquid fertilizers and pesticides. It is always recommended to check compatibility by using a small jar test first.
