GENERAL INFORMATION
Humic Acid 70 Granulated Humate is a very effective soil conditioner and fertilizer supplement. Humic acid enables plants to extract nutrients from the soil. Fulvic acid helps plants overcome stress from pests, dry weather.
Humates are naturally removed from the ground and are milled to various particle sizes.
This Humate product is a natural Organic. OMRI lists naturally-occurring Humate on their generic materials list and Humate are acceptable as organic under the USDA-NOP. Using Humate restores the natural balance in soil necessary for optimal plant growth. Humates aid in:
•Increasing Root Growth
•Increasing Chlorophyll
•Improving Nutrient Uptake
•Buffering Soil pH
•Enhancing Plant’s Natural Defenses
•Improving Soil Structure-Aeration, tilth and “workability”
•Improving Water Retention
•Providing Stimulus for beneficial soil microorganisms
•Releasing “soil bound” Phosphorous
Directions for Use:
Farms:
Most common rate is 75 - 150 lbs. per Acre for most crops. Sandy soils up to 500 lbs. per Acre. Apply 200 lbs. per acre on most low organic matter soils.
Sports Turf and Lawns:
Apply 220 lbs. per Acre (5 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft.) during active growth period.
Bulk Density: 47 lbs. per cubic ft.
Caution:
Keep away from Children and Domestic Animals. Avoid contact with eyes, open cuts, or sores. Harmful if swallowed. External: Flood with water. Internal: Induce vomiting. Contact a physician immediately
Storage and Handling:
Store in a cool dry place, keep container tightly closed, do not add water or other material to the container. Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal. Do not store near acids or other acidic materials.
